On Saturday, April 28th at Cowtown Speedway will feature the DarinShort.com 'Classic Bomber' race sponsored in
part by Warhead Grafix, in addition to all regular classes.
There is no entry fee or for the Classic Bomber race, and it will pay $300 to win from the track, plus an additional
$200 cash from Warhead Grafix for a total of $500 to win. Pit passes and grandstand tickets will be regular prices.
And to sweeten the pot, the feature winner will also receive a $700 driver website from DarinShort.com!
So what is a Classic Bomber race?
The race format and the class rules are identical to the weekly show, with one twist:
All Bomber races and restarts that night will be started from a STANDING START - right in front of the flagstand and
the crowd!
You won't want to miss this special event, as it promises to become a fan favorite at Cowtown Speedway - where
they're always trying to bring you the best in short track racing action!

Details on the race procedure: the cars will line up far enough back from the flagstand for the drivers to be able to
see the flagman. Just before the race begins, the flagman will hold up the furled green flag, and when he drops it,
the race begins! Restarts will be lined up with the leader sitting in the front by himself, with the balance of the field
side-by-side behind the leader.
Details regarding the website: the $700 website includes building a standard DarinShort.com driver website and
maintaining it for 1 year. The driver must provide pictures and bio information to complete the site, plus any
sponsor, contact or link information desired. The driver is also responsible for the basic web hosting fee of
$11.99/month from Yahoo Small Business. After the first year, the web hosting fee remains the same, however
there will be a $20/month site maintenance fee if the driver would like to continue having DarinShort.com maintain
